Luke's TG 26: - Natsuru's little Niece?

A couple of months after the end of the TGtech reign I was still mourning the loss of my last family member, "hey Luke come here a second I want to tell you something!" Shouted Natsuru as I walked out my room down the stairs. "Now Louise we have some good news and bad news, the good news is we are all going back to the UK!" I jumped for joy and said "Yipee! I can't wait!" Natsuru picked me up to make sure I understood what she said "but the bad news is that your coming with us but you will be in a cage on the flight there, I jumped out her hands and said "not a problem just leave me with my iPod and I will make the flight fly by." Natsuru giggled and said "well you better get packing because we are going for a month." I stood there and said, "were in the UK are we going and why are we going?" Natsuru blushed and said "we are going to Liverpool and we going because I want to see my family and my girlfriend, oh and Luke you will be staying with me and the girls will be in a 5 star hotel just down the road from us."

Later that week we all left the house, I was stuck in a cage for the flight and the rest where travelling in first class thanks to Julie and Natsuru who managed to hack and drain all of TGtech's recourses just before blowing it to smithereens. Once we got to the airport I had to sit on my IPod to hide it until we were on the flight, as I went through the checkpoint on the conveyor belt I could hear other animals ranting away oddly enough I still couldn't understand them and thank god because they most likely would have been screaming at each other "I will freaking kill you all if I get out of this cage!!"  As I was lifted on to the plane I noticed the young lad was in a world of his own, so I decided to play a little prank on him, "hey kid, yeah you over here, Meow!" as he placed me in the holding area he stared at me and said "y-you cant talk can you?" I decided this was a perfect time and said "dude you should of laid off the LSD, I am a cat I can't talk!" he just stood there gobsmacked and his foreman came up and shouted "Why are you just standing there staring at this cat?!" he then turned to his foreman and said "s-sorry I think I am coming down with something I actually thought that cat was talking!" the foreman stared at him and said "whatever your taking lay the fuck off it! It's screwing you big time."

As the flight took off, I noticed I was the only animal in the hold so I turned my IPod on and relaxed when it started buzzing "Huh? Oh yeah I had Viber on and for some magic reason it connected with the planes Wi-Fi, I answered the call which was labelled Roslie, "Hi Hunny how are you?" I said laying my head by the IPod "Hey Luke how are you holding in there?" Said Roslie, I looked up and said "I am doing pretty well, its all quiet in here; I am the only animal in here." "Animal? Luke you're a human still technically, besides the flight hasn't got long to go, only 3 more hours," Replied Roslie most likely giggling. "Pssh I didn't need that permanent drink in the end due to the fact that the cat DNA merged with mine and now I am fully feline apart from the ability to talk and the fact I can enjoy a human diet aswell as living for 80 years instead of 10-12years." I said as I started to feel tired I decided to go to sleep and said my goodbyes to Roslie and had a cat nap.

Once I awoke the plane was landing in to Liverpool, and I heard on the Tannoy 'Ladies and Gentlemen we will be landing shortly, can you please fasten your seatbelts and place the tables in front of you to the correct position.' I just laid there and muttered, "funny…" sometime later the hold was opened and the first thing I saw was the lovely cold British weather, I just sat there as I was placed on a trolley and was placed on another conveyor belt leading in to the airport, "'sigh' at least I can go to the family grave and say my goodbyes." I muttered to myself feeling a bit depressed now.

As Natsuru picked me up she peered in to the cage and said "hey kitty did you behave yourself?" I turned to her and said "Natsuru Please, I always behave myself." As we left the airport and got in to the car provided by Natsuru's family I asked Natsuru if there are any terms and conditions I need to abide by whilst in the house. She looked down and said "none talk all you want they are use to strange stuff like this, I looked up and said "wow, really? I thought they would go insane with you being a different gender and such." Natsuru laughed and said "remember Luke I was changed when Stephanie was testing the machine for the first time so I wasn't dragged away from the family, oh and my Niece, this is kind of hard to explain but she is part cat, not like you but has cat ears and a tail." I sat there and for some reason wasn't too surprised "So she is a necko?" I said referring to anime. "Well, yeah she is a cute little girl but this was a backfire on a vial liquid she drank when she was diagnosed with a terminal illness, we knew Stephanie had the cure and we knew the side effects so we took the risk and decided that if it will save her life it would be worth it. Said Natsuru as we pulled up to the house

Once we arrived Natsuru let me out the cage and said "when were greeting feel free to say hi and stuff they shouldn't be too freaked out." I smiled and followed them in to the house, "Hi everyone I am Alexandra and this is Steve and little Kristie." Said Alexandra who appeared to be the mother of the house, Steve was a rather big person, quite bulky but seemed like a gentle giant, and Kristie seemed very shy, had a wool hat covering her hat and I am guessing had her tail coiled around her waist to hide it, "Hi mum and dad this is Julie, Roslie you already know Stephanie and Lucy and this cute little ball of fun is Luke or as most people call her Louise." Said Natsuru picking me up, I decided now was the time to show them that I am really somewhat human and I rose my paw out in front of me "pleased to meet you all ignore the cat look I was human but had an incident with one of Julie's experiments in a vial." At this point Kristie looked up and said "auntie Alex she is like me isn't she?" Alexandra turned to Kristie and said "you have a point there Kristie hunny." Steve walked up and shook my paw "pleased to meet you Luke I am Steve, hope you enjoy your stay here, oh and one more thing, if we have guests could you pretend to be a cat please? Said Steve as he let go of my paw, I looked at him and said "mew" Kristie looked up and said "aww how cute." I laughed and said "I have had to deal with a lot of guests coming and going back in the Dominican Republic, I have the whole cat impersonation thing down to a tea."

That evening we were all gathered around the fire and talked about out experiences, Kristie picked me up and took me to her room, "hey Kristie are you ok?" I said smiling, Kristie then took her little hat off revealing her cat ears and let her tail flow free, "I don't like these! People make fun of me because of them," said Kristie opening her heart out to me in hope that I understand, "come on Kristie them kind of people are most likely envious that your different to them, I wasn't to fond of being a cat at first but I adapted to it, if you let your hair flow a bit it will most likely blend the ears in if you really don't like them you know" I said as I jumped on her lap, "hmm you really make a good point there Luke but I would rather be full cat than part human and part cat." I looked up and said "trust me you will miss your old life, I use to love going to shops and wearing clothes but that is something I cannot do now…" Kristie placed me on her bed and said "you have a point Luke." She then put her hat back on and went downstairs, I went beside Natsuru and she asked me "how did it go?"  I looked up and said "she opened her little heart to me the poor girl goes through a lot," Natsuru placed me on her lap and started stroking me, you do know she hasn't got a lot of friends, and I think she thinks she is in the same boat as you." I smiled and said "While I am here I could be her friend, I think she would be overjoyed by that!" Natsuru then hugged me and said "Luke that is the kindest thing you could do for her!" I smiled and said "I am knackered from that flight, time for bed I think." I then walked to my bedroom which oddly enough was Natsuru's room aswell.

The next morning I got myself up and looked outside, for a winter it was warm and sunny today so I decided to go visit my families grave, I noticed I was the last one up so I ran down stairs where I was greeted by Alexandra, "good morning Luke I made you a bacon sandwich just how Natsuru does them." I smiled and said "could I have a little bit of brown sauce please Alexandra, it is a British tradition after all" Alexandra laughed and placed a small bit on the tiny sandwich here you go dear hope you like it, as I ate it I realised this was identical to Natsuru's. Once I ate it all I said to Alexandra "thank you very much that was delicious." I then went to Natsuru who was back in the room getting dressed, "hey Natsuru what have you got planned for today?" Natsuru turned to me and said "nothing at all, why have you got something planned?" I jumped on the bed and said "you wouldn't mind if I could get a lift to the cemetery I want to say my goodbyes to my family." Natsuru smiled and said "I am only too happy to Luke." As we were going Kristie ran to us and asked if she could go, Natsuru looked at me and said "do you want her to come with you?" I nodded my head and Natsuru took her with us.

Once we got to the plot Natsuru said "I will leave you to be with your thoughts." I smiled and said "thanks Natsuru it means a lot" I jumped out the car and walked to the grave, "hi guys, its me Luke, I am sorry for just disappearing but I didn't know what I was getting in to when I answered that advert. I felt a hand on my shoulder "its ok Luke, at least we know you're safe." said a voice that sounded like my mums, I turned to see my entire family including my cousin and brother. "now that we know your alive, safe and well we can rest in peace, thank you Luke and next time you see an advert don't follow it up because look what its landed you in now, Said Colin pulling a cheesy grin." As they faded away I felt a huge weight come off my soul and I breathed a relieved sigh, this moment of piece was shortly lived as I saw a group of 5 vandals walking around the cemetery smashing chunks out of gravestones, this sent me in to a pure rage and I bolted to the car and said to Natsuru go to the entrance I am going to teach these bastards a lesson, I watched were they were moving and waited for them to separate, once they separated I ran to one of them and released my claws into his face "taste pain you heartless bastard!!" I shouted as I clawed in to his face and eyes, once I finished with him he was screaming in pain covering his face, I looked up and saw 2 of the other lads walking to where was so I decided to leave a mark, I cut a cross on his chest and ran off. As I got to the car I jumped through the open window and took a deep breath and just added up all the things I just did. "I am sorry about that you guys but people like that deserve what I done to them, "Natsuru then looked at me and said "we will talk about this later Luke but for now lets go home and clean you up!"

As we got home I noticed Alexandra and Steve standing outside the door, "Luke are you ok?! Shouted Alexandra in concern as she picked me up, yeah I am fine I attacked him that quickly he couldn't retaliate." I said as I saw Natsuru giving me her pissed off look, "well in there Luke mate, them little bastards needed someone to slap the message in that if they vandalise the deads property they will get what's coming to them." I turned to Steve and said "they were approaching my family's grave so I made sure that they wouldn't harm anymore graves especially my families." Natsuru then walked up and took me from Alexandra's arms and walked inside "look Luke what you done isn't acceptable one bit understand?!" said Natsuru who seemed extremely upset, "hang on Natsuru! Did you just expect me to stand by and watch them smash graves up and possibly my families?" I said as I jumped out of her arms, You know what Luke I don't even want to see you at the moment I am so upset with you!!" shouted Natsuru as she threw me out of the house, I just stood there in shock as her mood changed from the happy laid back gun wielding friend to this ill tempered woman, I decided staying on the street was a bad idea so I went to the hotel where the others were staying and tried to find their room, as I sneaked past the reception I picked up a scent of Roslie's perfume, "perfect!" I thought to myself as I followed the scent trail to the room, as I reached there I scratched the door and said "psst Roslie it's me Luke can you let me in please? After a few seconds Roslie opened the door and said "Luke?! How did you know I was here? I walked in and replied I recognise you're sent from a mile away, I am sorry to barge in but Natsuru kicked me out of the house, would it be ok if I stayed here for the time being please?" Roslie walked up to me and said "of course you can my dear; I was going to call and see if you wanted to stay here for the night anyway." I smiled and looked around, "where are Julie and the others?" I said hoping they would be near by, "they are 3 doors down but Julie stopped by and wanted me to give you this." I looked at it closely and noticed it was a cat collar with a microchip inside, "hmm what could this be?" I said thinking of Julies sick little ideas of jokes. As Roslie placed it around my neck I passed out, a few minutes later I awoke and noticed I was in human form my first reaction was reaching for my ears and my lower back to see if I had a tail or cat ears, thankfully I didn't and I was missing clothes which thankfully Roslie packed for me before hand "Here you go Luke these should do you I hope." I walked to the bathroom and put them on they fitted perfect only thing is, I had a black collar sticking out like a saw thumb, I decided to just leave it.

After I was changed I felt something in my pocket, I took it out and realised it was a note off Julie, it read "Hi Luke. By now you will have realised the collar I gave Roslie to give you makes you human as long as it is in contact with your skin, there is no time limit or restrictions with the collar but has a delay of 2 minutes when you take it off, hope this will give you more of an advantage whilst your staying here and I will catch up with you later but for now, have fun! Your old credit card is in the inside coat pocket, have fun! P.S there is £4,000.00 on there so don't worry about going over the budget.

I smiled and walked out the room, Roslie turned and said "Luke, you look as sexy as ever!!" I smiled and said "gee Roslie are you sure? I always liked being a cat but now that I have a choice this can make things very fun. Later that day me and Roslie went to the city centre and got some weather appropriate clothing, but as we were walking around something was bugging me which I never asked her before so I decided now would be the best time, "err Roslie, why did you work for TGtech?" I said quietly enough so that only she would hear it and no one else, "I used to work for them because I thought I could help people adjust in a sense, only thing is, I wasn't expecting them to use it on me!" Said Roslie as she bit the end of her straw off her drink. "Hmm its 7 o'clock and I haven't heard a word from Natsuru she really must be annoyed at me, Roslie would it be ok if I stay with you for the night?" I said hoping she would say yes, "hmm I only have one bed, and I hate being alone, of course you can hunny!!" Said Roslie with that look of glee in her eyes.
