The Abducted part 5

Once everyone was here Phoenix and the others grabbed me and Violet and started to teach us how to do girl like stuff, such as hair brushing, makeup application and other bits, I understood it a bit and I think Violet was quite lost in it all. A bit later we all sat down for a game of truth or dare, as we sat Jess started it off asking Phoenix who her first love was, I was curious to see if her mind was altered to the point were memories all the way back to then were altered aswell, "Hmm… I think it was in the 3rd grade, I think his name was Matthew, Violet looked confused me and her where the only girls with our memories intact, after a few people went through it was Rose's Turn, she turned to me and said "Louise, Truth or Dare?" I knew if I asked truth she would ask something pointless or weird so I said Dare, she then looked at Jasmine and back to me and said "you must kiss Jasmine!" Jasmine seemed to be in a world of her own, and once she heard her name she shot up and looked around, I smiled and said sure thing, I leaned moved to Jasmine and leaned in for a kiss, Jasmine held her arms around me and kissed back as we kissed all the other girls looked at each other in surprise that we would be kissing, they thought I would of ducked out of it or something.

After about an hour of quite disturbing secrets and odd dares we decided to end the game, as they all walked off Violet walked to me and said "Louise can I talk to you in private please?" we went to the corner of the room so that we were both out of earshot of the others, we then talked about the others and how their memories have been, it became apparent that even my friends where the exact same. After a few minutes of talking we decided to call it a night it seemed still early for me so I sneaked out of bed and took my phone with me to my special chilling room, once I entered I saw one of the guards sitting in there smoking a cigar, "oh hey there kid, aren't you up late?" I grinned and said "this is my chilling room, and you guys aren't meant to smoke, are you?" The guard laughed and said "good point, I will do you a deal, I wont send you back to bed if you don't grass me up, I smiled and said "you have a deal I went in my usual seat and put my music on and reminisced of the old days back in the UK, I noticed the Guard walk up and said, "here you seem tense this will calm you a bit." he handed me the cigar expecting me to smoke it with him, I smiled and said "no thanks I have my own little calm down substance" I pulled out a can of British coke from my bag and started to drink it. The man seemed fairly shocked and said "hmm… where on earth did you get a British can of coke from? The whole school is closed off from the public!" I grinned and said "connections my friend, we British can make connections no matter where we go we adapt and make the connections, "the man burst out laughing and said "don't tell me you have connections with some of the guards here do you!!" I sipped my drink and said "you would be surprised." I walked up to the window and noticed the snipers nest and saw one of the guards on his phone, I watched as he put it back in his pocket and looked my way, I felt my phone buzz and I noticed I had a blocked text message, it read:

Dear Louise

Sorry about the whole dart thing, I will make it up to you tomorrow, Lynch.

I deleted the text and went back the seat, I played my music for another hour before I started falling asleep, I decided now was the best time to go to bed, I stood up and said goodbye to the guard who lit up another cigar, before I left I walked up to him and said "you might want to go on the other side of the room, he turned to me and asked in confusion "why?" I pointed to the camera in the corner of the room, he then walked to the other side and realised that it was a blind spot, he smiled and said "thanks kid, you saved my job, unless they are watching it now." As I walked back to the room I bumped in to Max who was not wearing his helmet anymore, "Hi Max, where is your helmet?" I said in confusion he smiled and said "of a night you guys are asleep, so I don't have to worry about my identity being found out, and if a student does see me, it's too dark to make out my face fully so I can sort of get away with it."

Once I got back to my room I jumped I my sleeping bag and looked at the clock, I noticed it was 2 O'clock and whilst trying to get to sleep I heard the sound of bed springs creaking, I sat straight up and saw Violet sitting up "I went to ask what she was doing but was hit in the back of the neck with a lot of force, the impact must of knocked me clean out because when I woke up it was about 9am and I didn't remember much of last night, apart from the odd text and the guard smoking in my relaxing room, as I sat up I had a stiff neck, I tilted it side to side making the cracking noise which was a habit of mine. Once I was sorted out I decided to wake everyone else up, at this point everyone else seemed different, including myself, I felt a bit older and my hair had darkened a bit, which didn't bother me an awful lot, as I woke each one of them up they went to the bathroom and got ready, I decided to sit and wait for them all to get ready, I picked my phone up and tried to call my friend who I met on the flight to here, he said he was a biologist in the town and studied DNA, I heard it ring once and then it cut off, I looked out the window and snapped my fingers "they must of installed signal blockers…. What are they up to?" I thought to myself.

Once we sorted ourselves out we went to the cafeteria for some breakfast, I noticed there was no boys anymore which was kind of depressing because I kind of enjoyed beating them up if they aggravated me, we all sat down and started having something to eat, everyone was eating slowly and I noticed Violet seemed a bit uneasy, I was about to ask her what is the matter but then she stood up and asked us all to follow her. As we followed her to the back of the cafeteria she was approached by a guard who asked if she was Violet "she nodded but looked the other way which seemed about right due to the fact she was still extremely scared of men. As the guard opened the door to the outside he said very strictly "Do not run! Just walk to that sniper's nest and they will not shoot you." As we all walked I took a deep breath and could sense the extremely tense atmosphere in our little group, as we carried on I felt some one grab my hand I turned to see Jasmine clasped hold of my hand with both her arms wrapped tightly around it, "please don't leave me alone, I don't want to be singled out." Said Jasmine who seemed to be petrified, I smiled and said "don't worry hunny I will make sure your safe…" and kissed her on the forehead, she smiled and we carried on walking.

As we reached the nest I noticed it was the same one that shot me and sent the strange text last night. The man laughed going on about a debt as he looked at me, I knew exactly what he was on about and gave a small grin back, he then opened a small hatch leading to a second ladder which went underground, and out of the school, "ladies first!" said the guard with a sarcastic smile on his face everyone except me wet down and I walked up to him and said " Next time Matt, Don't use your blocked number to text me, I know you're the only person who can do that, Matt laughed and said "Luke come to my lab tomorrow I want to do some tests, hopefully we can reverse this for you" I raised my eyebrow and said "why would I want to reverse it? I am happy like this, and besides I can still beat the crap out of anyone who annoyed me, remember the bar fight the first day I was here?" Matt laughed and said "I remember you arresting the police!" we both laughed for a bit and went in to the underground passageway, after a few hundred meters we were out of the schools perimeter and we were free… Violet in a fit of joy hugged Matt and started thanking him, I just gave him a fist bump and said "I will meet you at the black horse at 9pm tonight, as we walked away from the school I asked "were are we going?" everyone stopped for a second and Violet clicked her fingers and said "why don't we go to my place? It's only a 45 minute walk from here!" Violet then paused and said "but I don't think a girl in a school uniform is what my parents would be expecting." Phoenix then said "you could always call them." Violet rang the house phone and to our luck no one was home, as we carried on walking I noticed that Matt sort of hung behind the crowd, I guessed he felt a bit out of place being the only male, I decided to walk alongside him and said "what's the matter mate? Feel a bit of place?" he looked up and said "sort of, but will you still come of the booze night every Thursday?" I laughed and said "of course I will Matt, look at me, only the shell has changed, and I am the same old nut I used to be!" Matt started laughing but we were both cut off when I saw Violet collapsed in a heap on the floor I walked up and noticed a small pool of pink liquid pouring from her mouth, I felt her pulse and checked for breathing which where both normal, we took Violet to her house and laid her on the bed, I asked Matt to just keep an eye on her, I had to go back to my apartment and sort my self out a bit.

Once I got to my apartment I opened my laptop to see what nothing was on the news, to my surprise when I typed in the school nothing came up, no news, no video footage, no pictures… "Strange…" I muttered to myself as I looked at myself in the mirror, "looks like I need some new threads I said as I picked up my credit card and motorbike keys. Once I got to the mall I walked in to the clothes shop where a woman greeted me and said "Hi welcome to Macys, can I help you with anything, I immediately blushed and said "n-no thank you I am fine just browsing really, I walked to the girls isle and had a look at the wide variety of tops and shirts, I decided to grab a few that I thought would fit me and went to the dressing room, I tried each one on and to my surprise fitted really well, I decided to get some pants and jeans aswell as some underwear to get my new lifestyle going, once I had finished I paid for the stuff and went back home.

Once I was home I went and put some of my new clothes on, I decided to wear my short sleeved top with two butterflies on and some denim jeans, as I was on the computer checking up on some of my deviant art watches I heard a knock on the door, I opened it to see Jasmine standing there with a small bag, "hey Louise how's it going?" said Jasmine, "pretty good hunny, come in" I said inviting her in. "wow Louise, I forgot how big your apartment was!" I laughed and said "well it's partially funded by the school so I decided to choose this; I could easily afford it even without their help."
